Through a process of thorough chemical wash or sand blasting methods, all foreign material is removed to ensure the most durable and smooth textured final product.

A spray gun is used to coat the metal surface and adheres to the metal through a process of electrostatic charging.

Curing
The powder coated item is cycled through our 12' long walk-in oven, where high temperature is used to finalize the powder coating process.
THE RESULTS
When toughness and durability are of paramount importance, powder coating makes all the difference. Industrial metals and tools are commonly powder coated for this reason, but not all powder is created equal. We began powder coating our own line of portable traffic signals for this very reason.
